Aleesha Young is establishing herself as a top female professional bodybuilder in the latter half of the 2010s. Aleesha was born into an extended family of athletes. Her father, along with her siblings, were ice hockey players, while her father was into bodybuilding. Aleesha has played sports in the past, such as basketball, soccer, and softball. Aleesha obtained her professional license in 2014 following her win at the NPC USA Championships. The first time she began competing she did so in the year 2008. She was also a participant in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro in which she placed ninth. In 2015 she held onto her 9th place. Aleesha got herself into the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in the years 2015 and 2016. With steady improvement, Aleesha won her first pro show in 2019, winning her first title at the Chicago Pro Championships. Bodybuilder Aleesha put on the most impressive performance at the WOS Rising Phoenix competition, and came 4th in the year 2020. However, "Worlds strongest mom" had a brief time off from bodybuilding because of health concerns.
